State of Florida, under statute 627.7263, requires that drivers carry property and liability insurance. Drivers who violate this law risk have their driving privileges suspended until they obtain the proper insurance coverage. They also risk fines which are increased for repeated violations. Trying to find out other States that have similar laws.
